God has offered us the most beautiful gift, the gift of salvation. It’s not something we can earn by our own goodness or efforts. It is given to us from God through belief in His son, Jesus.
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well.” John 14:6
Accepting Jesus into your life is the best decision you will ever make. Through a relationship with Jesus, you are offered hope, joy, grace, mercy, and the gift of eternal life.
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,‘ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
Baptism by immersion in water and by the Spirit is an outward expression of an inward change. When we decide to follow Christ, baptism is the next step. It is our declaration of commitment to Jesus. It shows that we are turning away from a sinful life and looking toward Jesus who can change us.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit… Mathew 28:9

Reading your Bible
Get to know more about God and His thoughts and desires for you. It is impossible to have a close relationship with someone you don’t spend time with or talk to. The Bible is relevant to your everyday life. You will find guidance, advice, and encouragement.
“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.” II Timothy 3:16
Membership is the next step for those who want to become a part of the Church of God and Saints of Christ. It is an important step in identifying with a church and it is a commitment to the local body. When you enter into membership you are part of a community, part of a family.
We are excited that you are interested in joining and we look forward to welcoming you. Because we are located in different areas, you next step is to make contact with the local pastor. If you need assistance with this please contact us at email@example.com.
We are most like Jesus when we serve and we each have a God-given gift to be used in service to others. Whether you are good with words, people, technology, children, or production; whatever your skills, you can find a place to do something you love. There are numerous opportunities to serve and ways you can make a difference.
If you are ready to serve, speak with the Pastor and Ministries Coordinator (Mother Sarah) in the local church. If you have questions about service opportunities, you may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
