Elder Williams is the pastor in Wheeling, WV and also serves as the overseer in Columbus, OH.  He is married to St. Terri Williams and is the father of six boys; Tharen, Malik, Lance, Brandon, Cedric, and Tev’n.

He has Associate Degrees in Business Administration and Leadership, and and Associate Degree in Real Estate.  He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio, the basketball trainer for Martins Ferry, Ohio Schools, and the Secretary of the NAACP Belmont County Chapter.
