Elder Horton is the pastor of the church in Waynesboro, PA. He and his wife, MS St. Gladys Horton, have been married 46 years and they have five children; Leonard, Aaron, Thomas, Priscilla, and Steven.
The Elder has a BS in Business Management and is a scholar of the Seven Keys.
